The K Plan is a simple and sustainable weight loss and wellness plan that works. We support overweight & obese emotional eaters on our K Plan wellness plan.

We believe in taking a "holistic approach" to your weight loss and wellness journey. This means we approach your weight loss journey by focussing on you as a "whole" rather than focusing on one area in your life.

Our Story

It was our founder's own struggle with her weight and emotional wellbeing that lead her to create "the K Plan".  She felt inspired to help others after eventually achieving her wellness goals through her own "plan". Read more here.
