How does the K Plan work?
On the K Plan you will use conventional weight loss methods combined with behaviour therapy strategies.
These will guide you out of those negative thinking habits and behavioural patterns that cause your body image or weight problems.
Specifically, the K Plan takes a holistic approach to your wellness - through therapy it explores your relationship with food, exercise and self-care.
The wellness plan addresses behaviour, emotions, nutrition, exercise, hunger & social obstacles.
What it provides
It provides ongoing one to one weekly support using a range of counselling & psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Havening and Transactional analysis.
You have a choice of how you want to accomplish The K Plan.
Therapy sessions with Yasmin are held
- at her private practice in Leeds
- online via video conferancing
- at the K Plan Retreat in Harewood, West Yorkshire over the space of 7 days. Either through group work on a group retreat or by booking a bespoke retreat.
