 WHAT IT WILL HELP YOU ACIEVE: A Wellness Plan That Works

The K Plan is  a results proven therapy & wellness plan that will change your mindset and help you reach your realistic body image goals. Wether you are obese or overweight or just want to improve your relationship with your emotions & food it will help you achieve your goals.

It runs online in a small group over a space of 12 weeks. Therapy meet-ups are held once a week with weekly activity tasks & daily checkins with a qualified counsellor & coach.


HOW DO WE KNOW IT WORKS? :

The K Plan is created & run by  Yasmin, a qualified counsellor & psychotherapist. She states
