When we talk about "exercise" we don't just mean weightlifting sessions down at the gym, 10km runs, intense CrossFit classes and HITT training. If your fitness levels allow you to do this - then all well and fantastic. But we acknowledge for the majority either through lack of exercise, time constraints, illness or injury high-intensity exercise is not a starting point. Especially not when on a very low-calorie diet. For some exercise could simply just moving more and increasing your activity levels.
